A day on the crew

What the job actually looks like

  1. Measuring a downspout strap before fastening it
    Morning

    Measure twice

Check the day’s jobs, load up and measure every wall before anything gets cut.

  2. Drilling hidden hangers into a new seamless gutter run
    On site

    Form and hang

Seamless runs come off the machine at the exact length of the wall, with hidden hangers set inside.

  3. Securing a downspout strap against the wall
    On the ladder

    Finish the details

Elbows crimped, straps tight, outlets sealed. The details are what HOA neighborhoods notice.

  4. A finished downspout, strapped and sealed against the siding
    Wrap up

    Leave it better

Walk the job with the homeowner, clean up and leave the property neater than you found it.

Opening 01 · Gutter Installer

Clean lines for neighborhoods that notice

South Orange County homeowners notice the details: a straight line along the eave, a downspout strapped tight to the stucco, an outlet that does not drip. Our installers form seamless gutters on site from a coil in the truck, cut every run to the exact length of the wall and hang it so the water goes where it should. The same crews handle repairs, cleanings, BroGuard micro-mesh guards, fascia and drainage.

Our current installer postings ask for two or more years of gutter or exterior construction experience, a valid driver’s license and being 18 or older, and roofers and handymen who have hung gutters are welcome to apply. Reliability and pride in a clean finish matter as much as the resume.

Who does well here

  • You like working outside and with your hands
  • You show up on time and finish what you start
  • You are comfortable on a ladder
  • You take pride in a clean, straight line

Opening 02 · Solutionist (Sales)

Solutionists, not salespeople

We do not call the person who visits a home a salesman. We call them a Solutionist, because that is the job: walk the roofline, figure out what the house actually needs, explain it in plain language and give the homeowner a straight written quote. Some days that means a full seamless installation. Some days it means telling someone their gutters just need two hangers and a cleaning.

Experience in construction, roofing, home services or field sales helps. Curiosity, honesty and reliability matter more.

Apply for the Solutionist role

Who does well here

  • You like people and you listen first
  • You would rather be honest than pushy
  • You are organized and follow through
  • You are curious about how houses work
